Back in July 2021 during COVID lockdown, community group feedback to Dublin Northwest Partnership (DNP) highlighted a need for a space for community workers to come together to support each other and to share their ideas and experiences.
Dublin Northwest Partnership (DNP) held online, an initial meeting of community workers working or people volunteering in Dublin North-west and from that meet up, the Community Workers & Volunteers Network was formed.
The network provides an opportunity to meet with other community workers and at each meeting two member groups volunteer to do a short presentation about their service, followed by Q&A
This is open to everyone whether you have attended other meet up’s or not.
The next meet up will be held in the AXIS Centre, Ballymun on Wednesday 25th September at 11am until 1pm followed by lunch.
