We have lots of events for students or prospective mature students this month.
All the events will take place in Rosehill house, Finglas Village, D11 T6Y7 from 6.45-8.00pm. These events are open to students (all years), parents/guardians, career guidance, local community members and mature students.

May Events
7th May Thinking about Teaching.
This sesssion aims to provide insights on different pathways to teaching as a career. We will have a number of guest speakers including lecturers and college students who are studying a variety of programmes such as; Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, Secondary Teaching, Further Education Teaching and Arts Degrees. Lecturers from the Primary school teaching degree and Early Childhood Education will also attend.
14th May Leaving Cert Exams Tips and Tricks.
This session is aimed at providing insights into study skills, time management and exam technique. Most importantly, the session will go through how to view and appeal your exams.
21st May Technological University Dublin Access Foundation Programme .
Susan from TU Dublin will present information on the project including how to apply, the logistics of the project and what the follow-on opportunities from the course are.
28th May Routes from PLC to Higher Education.
This session will focus on exploring options from PLC to Higher Education courses. Including how to navigate the system, the benefits, and challenges of using the route and what supports are available along this journey.
